These are sample terms for a demo marketplace. Replace them with your own before you open.
About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses the marketplace, to book an activity, buy a product or offer them.
Bookings
Each activity is run by the host whose page it belongs to. Your booking is confirmed by e-mail once your payment is accepted. Most activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before they start; the conditions are shown on each page.
Products
Products are sold by the maker whose shop they belong to. You may return a product within 14 days of delivery.
Hosts and makers
Hosts and makers list only what they run or make themselves, and are responsible for their activities and products. The marketplace takes a fee on each booking and sale, shown before they publish.
Liability
We do our best to keep the marketplace available and accurate but cannot be held responsible for interruptions beyond our control.
