This is a sample policy for a demo marketplace. Replace it with your own before you open.
Who we are
This marketplace connects travellers with local hosts and makers. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
When you create an account, book or buy, we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number when needed by the host, and your order history. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store your card details.
Why we use it
To confirm your bookings, pass the host what they need to welcome you, deliver your orders, answer your messages and, if you agree, send you our newsletter.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from your account, or by writing to us through the contact page.
