Booking an activity

What if the weather is bad?

Hosts of outdoor activities move or cancel them when the sea or the weather makes them unsafe, and refund you in full.

Can I cancel?

Most activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before they start. The conditions are shown on each page.

How do I book?

Choose a date and a time on the activity's page, then pay securely online. Your booking is confirmed by e-mail straight away.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition.

How are products delivered?

By post within Portugal and Europe, or for collection at the maker's shop. The options are shown before you pay.

How much does Places take?

A fee on each booking or sale, shown before you publish. There is no subscription.

How do I list my activity or my store?

Create a free account, fill in your profile and publish your first activity or product from your dashboard.
